Franchisee Process
MTA, NESPL offers franchisee to registered business organizations only.

Financial Qualifications

  • Organization should possess the ability to mobilize resources through internal and external means.

Business experience and skills

  • Organization should possess 1-3 years of experience in any functional area, preferably in telecommunication, IT or education

Commitment

  • Alacrity to share vision and values of NESPL in the field of training in mobile technology domain
  • Commitment to devote full time attention to the venture or to source professional help in running the venture.

Geographical knowledge

  • The candidate should have complete knowledge of the regional market.
Investment Details
  • Capital required: The Minimum initial investment for the project varies from INR 8 Lakhs to INR 12 lakhs. The investment varies with various factors such as the Centre Location, Student Capacity, Duration and the Types of courses to be offered by the centre.
  • Approximate Area required for the new centre ranges from 1500 sq. ft. to 2500 sq. ft.
  • The investment details above cater only to the Indian market.
Process Timeline
The process for selecting a New Business Partner gets initiated from the moment the applicant submits the online application. The selection process takes about 3 to 4 weeks of time from the date of the receipt of the Application.

Enumerated below are the steps which are to be followed by the Applicant for Business Partner Selection Process

Step I – Submission of the Online Application

  • Download , fill and send signed FRANCHISEE ENQUIRY FORM for review
  • Later on, the applicant will be provided with the “Market Survey Form” and “Response Form”

Step II - Information Collection

The applicant has to gather information pertaining to the location where the NESPL centre is to be set up. This information will be compliant with the format provided in the Market survey Form.

Step III– Discussion with NESPL officials

The applicant will be called for a discussion with designated NESPL Officials about the project.

Step IV– Formulation of complete Business Proposition

Based on the information collected by the applicant, he has to formulate a Business Plan for the next three years. This will include the Revenue and Profit Plan for the New MTA, NESPL Centre.

Step V– Agreement and Roll out Plan

Once NESPL gives it approval for the Business Plan, the Applicant will have to make the necessary payments and sign the License Agreement with NESPL.

Franchisee Support
Training Support:
  • NESPL organizes induction programs for new Business Partners and their staff.
  • It undertakes Faculty and Counselor training and certification.
  • It hosts sales and marketing training periodically.
  • NESPL conducts ongoing training on new products.

Systems Support:

  • The company designs the admission process
  • It conducts online examinations for students.
  • NESPL offers a special data management system for maintaining student records and managing centre operations.

Marketing and Advertising Support:

  • NESPL takes marketing and advertising initiatives at a national level.
  • For region specific advertising NESPL provides aid to Business Partners, which is subject to minimal charge.
  • NESPL offers new Business Partners an initial start-up kit containing product brochures and promotional material, which is subject to a minimal charge.
