The
process for selecting a New Business Partner gets
initiated from the moment the applicant submits the
online application. The selection process takes
about 3 to 4 weeks of time from the date of the
receipt of the Application.
Enumerated below are the steps which are to be
followed by the Applicant for Business Partner
Selection Process
Step I – Submission of the Online Application

Download , fill and send signed
FRANCHISEE ENQUIRY FORM
for review

Later on, the applicant will be provided with the
“Market Survey Form” and “Response Form”
Step II - Information Collection
The
applicant has to gather information pertaining to
the location where the NESPL centre is to be set up.
This information will be compliant with the format
provided in the Market survey Form.
Step III– Discussion with NESPL officials
The
applicant will be called for a discussion with
designated NESPL Officials about the project.
Step IV– Formulation of complete Business
Proposition
Based
on the information collected by the applicant, he
has to formulate a Business Plan for the next three
years. This will include the Revenue and Profit Plan
for the New MTA, NESPL Centre.
Step V– Agreement and Roll out Plan
Once
NESPL gives it approval for the Business Plan, the
Applicant will have to make the necessary payments
and sign the License Agreement with NESPL. |
