1. Registration fees once paid is non refundable.
2. Training fees is refundable if SERVICES are not at all delivered from our end due to non availability of trainers or infrastructure. The non availibility of services has to be intimated within 15 working days to training manager in written.
3. No refund request would be entertained if trainee is not available to avail the service he/she has purchased.
4. There is no partial refund policy in case trainee decides not to take-up any particular module out of entire course.
5. Nex-G | Innovations has world class trainers and dedicated training management team to track day to day training. Trainees are supposed to send feedback on daily basis and any training related issue is resolved within 48 hrs of initiation. Nex-G | Innovations is not liable for any refund if trainee fails to fill feedback form and initiate refund process.
